DSA & Co is a consultancy operating in the capital markets of Korea, Australia and APAC. We focus on helping Korean financial institutions and corporations make investments in Australia and globally by leveraging our experience, expertise and network to the maximum extent possible. Executive director

David has over 20 years’ experience working in various roles and capacities including as in-house counsel for global asset management firms and Partner at a major Korean law firm. Through his career, he has advised reputable AMCs, IBs and PEs on numerous high-profile real estate acquisitions and project financing transactions involving multiple jurisdictions including Australia, Korea and Europe. David brings insight, judgment and acumen necessary to execute complex transactions involving multiple stakeholders as well as manage legal functions of multi-national corporations.
